Mobile FieldPro Enterprise Suite
The Enterprise Suite offers a comprehensive set of automation and efficiency tools. Our team designed these components with the flexibility and scalability to meet the needs of large to small organizations. Below, a brief description of each component is provided.

Dispatch.

Dispatch offers your organization the ability to generate Work Orders and Planned Maintenance items and distribute these items to personnel remotely in the field. As you probably know, the efficient scheduling of field personnel is one of the most challenging tasks for office personnel to manage. Mobile FieldPro Dispatch provides your dispatchers with the tools they need to manage overall workflow, job life-cycle, and field personnel scheduling effectively.

Remote.

Mobile FieldPro Remote is the easy-to-use and highly intuitive key to our data collection strategy. It provides the ability to capture and review information specific to work orders and maintenance calls while employees are in the field. Remote also tracks material purchases, time sheets, mileage, etc. Remote processes all incoming work orders and scheduled maintenance and alerts the technician of newly received items. Remote was designed so your technicians can view job information without actually being in wireless coverage. Your technician is now remotely networked with the home office, service center, field supervisors and other technicians.

Remote PC.

The Remote PC is an optional component allowing a more decentralized dispatching process. Jobs can be initially assigned to field supervisor or sub-contractor through Dispatch. Then, through Remote PC, the field supervisor or sub-contractor can relay the job item to one of his or her field personnel. If the field personnel has the Remote component, the job will be sent to his/her device. If not, the job can be completed through Remote PC. Once completed, the Dispatcher will pick up the job for review and invoicing.

eClient.

eClient is a feature-rich, highly customizable, secure web portal enabling your clients to view and search job specific information. It provides the ability to drill down into location, equipment and/or task specific service data. eClient offers your clients and asset managers the information necessary to perform tasks such as budget forecasting. As a result, this tool provides a value added service your clients will soon be unable to live without.

Manager.

The Manager component provides the ability to add and edit information such as customer, equipment, tasks, warranty, response levels, field personnel, logins, etc. It also provides for the creation of custom inspection lists. Once created, you can associate the inspection with specific equipment or with a specific task, and finally, schedule this inspection procedure to a given week. In short, this tool provides the ability to manage your business specific information used by the other components.

Communication Server.

Communication Server is the heart of the Mobile FieldPro Enterprise Suite. It is the communication hub handling the flow of data between all system components providing the means necessary to accommodate a distributed business environment. Communication server manages your field personnel job and status information flow while they are in or out of wireless coverage. While in coverage, job and statusing information is processed in near real-time meaning your dispatchers will see current statusing of all personnel and all job items. If they are out of coverage, job and status information will queue up until the field personnel is back in coverage. Once back in coverage, all data in the queue will be processed. This means your dispatchers and field personnel do not need to manage in or out of coverage issues such as re-sending or re-posting job items; it is handled automatically by the Communication Server.

Report Server.

The Mobile FieldPro Report Server is our report engine providing you the ability to utilize the data collected through ongoing use of the Enterprise Suite. There are a variety of canned reports you can access for example, daily completed jobs, weekly time sheet, equipment end-of-life, end-of-warranty, periodic maintenance to be scheduled and many more. We also offer customized reporting depending on your specific needs and requirements. With the Report Server, you can schedule recurring reports to automatically run and be emailed to the interested party or access the report on-demand through one of the system components.
