information to and from the wireless device; all data synchronization is handled in the background and your field personnel don't need to worry.

Other examples of leveraging technology can be found in our Report Server. The Mobile FieldPro Report Server offers a
wide array of reports. That's fairly common among workflow solutions. An example of what you won't find elsewhere is how we incorporate technology
to create a greater efficiency for our customers. In what we have called "Event-Based Reports", you can setup an automatically generated
report that is emailed based on certain criteria which triggers the report generation. For example, you can have an event-based report emailed
to one or more recipients when inventory of a certain item falls below a
preset threshold, when a job has been completed but no time was associated with it, when maintenance was supposed to be scheduled and dispatched
but wasn't, you can even have a service or maintenance call report sent to your clients upon completion or review.
