The Mobile FieldPro Offering

The Mobile FieldPro team is committed to helping you integrate our set of Enterprise Suite components into your business model as fast and seamlessly as possible. Our primary focus is to maximize efficiency in your service life-cycle. By using Mobile FieldPro, you will realize overall workflow efficiency, increased customer satisfaction and improved cash flow.

Workflow efficiency will be realized for both your office and field service personnel. In the office, you'll have the ability to manage open jobs from a single screen using Mobile FieldPro Dispatch. Each job item goes through a series of statuses that are color-coded. Each color indicates the current status for that job. From initiated, assigned, uploaded, viewed, working and posted, you will have a real-time view of all open job statuses.

Probably the greatest benefit of Mobile FieldPro is keeping your service personnel in the field. Since job information is wirelessly transmitted via the Communication Server, there is no longer a need to drive back and forth to the office to drop off paperwork. Using Mobile FieldPro Remote, your field personnel can fill out work performed, any purchase information, time, miles and any other work information necessary on-site. For our customers, the speed of instant data turn-around gives them the ability to invoice jobs faster and increase their overall cash-flow.

Some key features Mobile FieldPro Remote offers your field personnel are the ability to quickly access historical job data and the ability to search their own schedules by job priority or due date. They also have the ability to generate a temporary work item during off-hours or weekends when they are on-call. This way, if a dispatcher is not in the office, your service personnel can continue to use the mobile device for inventory, review specific equipment data and history or anything necessary to complete the job. Then, during normal business hours, your office personnel can approve this temporary job item and convert it to an actual job number for review and invoicing.

Mobile FieldPro was designed to sit on top of your existing accounting package. When it's time to invoice, Mobile FieldPro Accounting Merge can seamlessly integrate with most accounting packages like QuickBooks, Star Builder and other Sql Server, Oracle or open back-end accounting systems.

Through the eClient web portal, your customers will find several value-added features and on-demand reports. The eClient tool offers the ability to drill down into location, equipment and/or task specific service data. eClient offers your clients and asset managers the information necessary to perform tasks such as budget forecasting.

In the Manager component, you can create customized maintenance procedures and checklists giving your customers the precise service their equipment and assets require. You also have the ability to create multiple service centers. Then when you create a Dispatch user, you can pick and choose which service centers they have access to: one, multiple or all. Effectively, this give you the ability to separate work information so you won't have one service department's data overlap with anothers. The Manager also has an inventory control tool so, if you track inventory, your field personnel can search for which inventory location an item may be at.

The Remote PC tool gives your organization the option to allow your stationary facilities group or sub-contractors to login and complete service or maintenance items via a laptop or pc.

The Mobile FieldPro Report Server offers a vast array of reports which provides you the ability to create ad-hoc, recurring or "event-based" reports which are automatically generated and sent via email. We also offer customized reports for your specific needs and requirements. All reports are branded with your logo.

Mobile FieldPro Calendar provides a searchable central repository for service personnels schedules. With the Calendar you can track vacation or any time-off so the dispatchers are aware of who's available and who's not.
